Living Faith Academy was conceived and carried out by the Living Faith World Ministries Vision Team in 2007. With much prayer and determination, and under the guidance of Apostle Dr. Tony and Dr. Sharlene Barhoo, Living Faith Academy launched in August 2009. Our school began with one student and grew to twenty-six the first year, one hundred and twenty the following year, and now we have approximately 300 students. In January 2010, we became a VPK provider. Our school has two divisions: Preschool (ages 2-4) and Elementary and Middle School (grades K-8). Our preschool program is Gold Seal Accredited, and our Elementary and Middle Schools are fully accredited.

From 2018 to 2024, our school received the "Best of Daytona Beach Award" in the Child Daycare Services category from the Daytona Beach Award Program. As a private school, the staff and administration are completely committed to each student and family.
